Extrusion Lines

2 extrusion lines; one from Cincinati and one from Krauss Maffei. PVC
Foam Extrusion Line has two parts which produce sheets from 1 mm to 19
mm thickness and from 1220 mm to 2050 mm width. The first part is AZO
dozing unit which prepairs PVC blend with different formulas. The second
part is the line producing PVC foam sheets with different die widths and
different thicknesses. The line also disposes of a movable saw cutting the
sheets.

2 Extrusionsanlagen, eine Cincinati und eine Krauss Maffei. Die PVC
Extrusionsanlage besteht aus 2 Etappen um PVC Schaumplatten von 1-19 mm
Staerke und 1220 - 2050 mm Breite zu produzieren. Die AZO Dosierungsanlage
welche die PVC Mischung vorbereitet. Die erste Etappe besteht aus der
Trockenfertigung der PVC Mischung in verschiedenen Formeln. Die zweite
Etappe besteht aus der PVC Schaumplattenproduktion in verschiedenen
Breiten und Stärken. Die Anlage ist auch mit einer beweglichen Säge
ausgestattet, um die Platten voneinander zu trennen.

Each line has 900 kg / hour capacity.
All the lines have the ability of covering protection film on
both sides one side of PVC Foam with cold lamination units.

Maschienenkapazitaet : 900 kg/pro Stunde Alle Anlagen haben
die Möglichkeit eine Schutzfolie mit Kaltlaminierung auf beide
Seiten der PVC Schaumplatte anzubringen.
