Extrusion Lines

PS Line is available to produce one, two, three or five layers PS, ABS and
ABS+PMMA sheets from
1 mm to 6mm thicknesses so different colors and with different additives. It is
a Battenfeld machine. Although this line has a movable guillotine to cut the
sheets according to customers’ needs, the precise final cut is still conducted
by a supplementary INPRO sheeter. This line is also fed by Colortronic driers
and dosing equipments.
Die Polystyrolanlage ermöglicht die Produktion von ein, zwei, drei oder
fünflagigen Polystyrol, ABS und ABS+PMMA, Platten von 1 mm bis 6 mm Staerke,
in verschiedenen Farben und mit verschiedenen Zusatzstoffen. Es handelt sich
um eine Battenfeld Maschiene, die mit einer beweglichen Guillotine ausgestattet
ist, um den Kundenwünschen entsprechend die Platten zu zerschneiden. Für die
genaue Dimensionierung steht ein INPRO Querschneider zur Verfügung.Auch bei
dieser Anlage wird der Vorschub mit einem voll automatischem Kristallisator und
Trockenlufttrockner von Colortronic (Deutschland) geleistet.
