Extrusion Lines

ABS Line is available to produce one, two, three or five layers ABS,
ABS+PMMA and PS sheets from 1mm to 6mm thicknesses in various
colors and with different additives. The maximum width is 2200 mm. It is
a Battenfeld machine. Alongside its movable guillotine cutting the sheets
according to your customers needs, the precise final cut is still conducted
by a supplementary INPRO sheeter. This line is also fed by Colortronic
driers and dosing equipments.
Die ABS -Anlage ermöglicht die Produktion von ein, zwei, drei oder
fünflagigen ABS, ABS+PMMA und Polystyrol Platten von 1 mm bis 6 mm
staerke, in verschiedenen Farben und mit verschiedenen Zusatzstoffen.
Maximale Breite ist 2200 mm Es handelt sich um eine Battenfeld Maschiene,
die auch mit einer beweglichen Guillotine ausgestattet ist, um den
Kundenwünschen entsprechend die Platten zu zerschneiden. Für die genaue
Dimensionierung steht ein INPRO Querschneider zur Verfügung. Auch bei
dieser Anlage wird der Vorschub mit einem voll automatischem Kristallisator
und Trockenlufttrockner von Colortronic (Deutschland) geleistet.
