Extrusion Lines

The PET line composes of one main extruder 75 dia. and one co-extruder dia.
45. It is a Battenfeld machine with a capacity of 650 kg/h as from 300 microns to
1500 microns. The surface options are matt/gloss and gloss/gloss. Transparent
& colored alternatives are available. The maximum width is 1400mm. PET sheet
line is integratedwith very accurate Maxson sheet sizing unit. In addition to
this, a 1 ton and 1 mm diameter capacity roll winder and an 8 pieces slitter
in a standalone form wind and slit the sheets for the packaging industry.
This machinery is fed by a fully automatic crystallizer and a dry air drier by
Colortronic-Germany. A lot of alternative polymer sheets with antiblock-antislip
agents, a UV stabilizer and optical brightener additives are available. The PET
line with cold lamination units on both sides protects the film application
while serving hot lamination for different sheet extrusion alternatives. For color

Die PET- Anlage ist mit einem 75 dia Haupt-und mit einem 45 dia Co-Extruder
ausgestattet. Es handelt sich um eine Battenfeld Maschiene mit einer Kapazitaet
von 650 kg/Stunde und kann Folien in der Stärke von 300 micron bis 1500 Micron
produzieren. Oberflächenoptionen sind: matt/matt, matt/glaenzend, glaenzend/
glänzend. Auch sind transparente und farbige Alternativen erhaeltlich. Maximale
Breite ist 1400 mm. Gleichzeitig wird mit der Maxson Dimensionierungsmaschiene
ein genauer Zuschnitt ermöglicht. Zuzüglich stehen eine 1 Tonne und 1 mm
Durchmesser Kapazität Rollwickler und ein Rollenschneider ( 8 Stücke) zum
Aufrollen oder zum zuschneiden der Rollen für die Verpackungsindustrie zur
Verfügung. Der Vorschub wird mit einem voll automatischem Kristallisator und
Trockenlufttrockner von Colortronic (Deutschland) geleistet. Eine breite Alterative
von Polymerfolien mit blockierenden und rutschhemmenden Eigenschaften,
UV Stabilisator oder optischen Aufhellern wird hinzukommend geboten. Die
PET Extrusionsanlage hat die Möglichkeit eine Schutzfolie mit Kaltlaminierung
auf beide Seiten der PET Folie anzubringen. Auch sind Heisslaminieungen für
verschiedene Folienanwendungen möglich. Für Farboptionen wenden Sie sich bitte
